I bought this series months ago and there it sat on my kindle just waiting. Reading the description it sounded like something I would want to read, but not something that I generally sought out to escape reality. So, for whatever reason I was not anxious to read it, yet I spent money on it. This series is very different from others that seem to be trending at the moment which is SO REFRESHING. No stepbrothers, the hero is NOT a total man-whore, jackass that gets reformed and the heroine is strong, vivacious yet vulnerable and endearing. The first thing that attracted me to this story is that it was about adults, NOT “new adults,” but a story about a man and woman in their 40’s. So, I was surprised that after the first chapter in Searching for Moore I was whisked back in time to a new adult type book. But the foundation was laid, I was hooked and totally on board for the entire journey.Searching for Moore is divided into two books, the first introduces you to our Hero, Schooner James Moore, and brings you back in time to that fateful first day of college were he unknowingly meets the love of his life, Mia. You are then walked through their freshman year of college and how their beautiful love story unfolds taking you on a bit of a roller coaster ride. Book two introduces us to present day Mia Silver, who is a successful business woman in New York, receiving a Facebook Friend Request from the man she believes betrayed and destroyed her all those years ago when she was a freshmen attending college in California. You are then treated to their reunion and how they begin to work to integrate into each others lives with outside forces still working to keep them apart, mainly being Schooner’s current wife and his teenage son. Searching for Moore ends with a devastating cliff-hangar and our Hero, Schooner Moore, standing by himself thinking he may once again lose the love of his life.
Moore to Loose, is divided into three books, the first, focusing on Mia. After a brief introduction to where our couple stands today, we are again whisked back in time and treated to the background story of Mia Silver and what transpired in her life over the 24 year separation from Schooner. It is a breathtaking ride and amazing to see what adversity she overcame during that time: the friendships, the lovers, the destructive behavior, and the stand-out secondary character – The World Trade Center. My heart breaks as the story rushes to that fateful day on September 11, 2001. You are devastated, but slowly begin to heal as you are brought further along on Mia’s journey. Book two brings us back to Schooner and briefly gives us his perspective and the details from the time he discovers he can find his long lost love on Facebook until he arrives at the New York Airport. Book Three brings us back to present day and futhurs us along in the lives of the reunited Schooner and Mia, only to find them separated once again and our heroine rushing off to the hospital, yet again alone.
Moore than Forever is sixty two fabulous chapters all focused in the present day and bringing our couple full circle. From being pulled apart, to secrets being stripped away and to building the foundation for the families to be united and facing a bright, exciting future. You do not want this story to end. Wonderful supporting characters, written in a style that easily pulls you in and keeps you turning page after page as you devour the words.
I laughed. I cried. I survived horrible heartbreak, and adversity only to be lifted up and to fly with seagulls. I feel as though I have lived a lifetime in the three days it took me to read this series, and it was a brilliant lifetime at that. Worth the money, the time and the ride! A must buy and immediately read!

First, let me say thank you for renewing my reading addiction. I've never taken the the time to write a review after finishing a book or series, but this series demanded it from me. I've read them all - hot BDSM, erotica, romance, suspense, drama, young adult, and on, but this series was perfection. It wasn't your typical billionaire bad boy and virginal heroine tag team and overused plot scenario here. The characters, especially the H & h are, real, raw and oh so believable. Even the supporting characters are delightfully well-rounded, relevant and by the end of the series, 100% necessary, not a single character was introduced who wasn't completely necessary to the story. The plot was 100% remarkable and refreshing, as was the presentation of the story. The last and present were expertly written and alternated throughout each book, making sure there's no whiplash or loss of interest for readers. The editing was awesome too, only noticed a few very minor typos that don't detract from the reading at all. Bottom line is that I'm not going to summarize the books for you, it's been done already in other reviews, but if you're looking for a beautifully crafted, expertly written, modern-day, entertaining, heartfelt and erotic romance, look no further, you will not regret this series!
I loved this series...found unlimited enjoyment reading it. The characters were realistic and most interesting. Liked the college lives, small town life, beach life, New York life, their choice of careers was informative , areas such as the African experiment and especiallyI the Twin Tower tragedy, knowing a wonderful fried who lost his life, reading it while it was happening. I loved the changing characterization, watching them grow, go through their hardships, overcoming them,
Addictions, divorce, adoptions, births and death, ultimate family
life. Lives so different than my own, loved all of it it has been a long time since I have read such an interesting saga. I loved Sooner and his goodness. It was erotic ... sometimes a little too much for me but I am no prude. I liked most of it. I enjoyed the writing. I hope I will be able to edit this, most of the time Shem writing reviews following the story, like here, it is difficult to go back to edit, which bothers me. I like to turn in my reviews in good form and thstnid not always possible it seems, to make a long story short, I loved this book and will looking to read more similar tonyhis hoping the characters will be included in more stories.
